Another instance of Poor Administration

Here a clip of the News in today's Times of India paper is presented to understand the gross negligence and failure of Chennai corporation and the apathy of State government machinery.

Besides the above, the authorities collect Property tax and Water tax ( though no water is supplied), but they say the area  is unapproved.

The situation is very common in many parts of the city due to the incompetence and lack of supervision of the officials working in the concerned departments .
